Technical support is provided by PG support team. You will have a personal support manager assigned to you and will be able to contact her/him by phone, by e-mail, through live chat and helpdesk.
Your support manager and a team of support programmers will help you with:
- creating a database and site installation;
- bug fixing caused by product uncustomized or customized by PG development team;
- minor design corrections including logo positioning, blocks misplaced by their content, missing links;
- consultations on functionality;
- speaking to a third-party service provider if necessary.
The service is included in the paid licenses.
The cost of the service is $49/mo for the Free Open Source version and after the initial service period expires.
